Elected by the General Assembly for a three-year mandate, the Executive Committee is responsible for guiding EMAN’s strategic agenda, implementing its approved programs, and representing the network in international fora. The composition for the 2024–2027 term reflects regional diversity and academic distinction.

The Executive Committee meets regularly to evaluate ongoing activities, approve new initiatives, and coordinate relations with member academies and international partners.

EMAN may establish ad hoc or permanent committees to address specific themes or tasks such as:
